Shipping Policy

CMP products can be shipped all over the world. You can optionally select shipping with insurance during the checkout for your complete protection and peace of mind. All retail products will be dispatched within the time frame specified by the stock status visible when adding items to your cart and shipped via Australia Post (unless stated otherwise).  Standard delivery times are between 3-10 working days within Australia, Intertational delivery times depend on the destination. On dispatch we will update you with the freight/postage company and any available tracking numbers.

Prices shown DO NOT include freight or postage. Freight/postage charges, where applicable, will be automatically added to your total once the shipping details have been completed during the checkout process. CMP offers FREE SHIPPING/POSTAGE for all online orders of $50 or more. We endeavour to make sure all the stock status (in stock, ships in 3-5 business days or out of stock) is current and that pricing and descriptions are correct.  In the event that an ordered item is not available we will contact you to discuss alternatives, backorder or full refund.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.  Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Please note:  Once an order has been packed and shipped any cancellations will incur a fee of up to 100% of payments made.

The utmost care is taken with the packing all of our internet, phone and mail orders. Sometimes however, accidents or errors may occur, we're only human.  Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Sales Department within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered.  Should your delivery contain a damaged or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.  These details can be obtained either by telephone on (08) 9353 1155 or by email at sales@cmp.com.au

Goods that are Faulty, Wrongly Described, Wrongly Dispatched or Don't Perform as Advertised
Please choose carefully as we may not give a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. As prescribed under WA Consumer Protection laws, you are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased are faulty and you provide a copy of your sales receipt. Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. Check all parts are correct before installation as no refund will be given if the parts have been fitted (unless faulty).

Changed your mind or need something different?

If you wish to return an item within 28 days or purchase, we will decide whether to offer you a credit, exchange or refund provided that:

  1. You return the item within 28 days of purchase.
  2. You provide a copy of your original receipt with the returned the item.
  3. The item is in resalable condition, meaning that
    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories
    • It is unopened, unused and in its original condition
  4. A restocking fee may be applicable on the returned item(s)
